We are thrilled to announce that Time etc has been officially accredited as a Great Place to Work-Certified™ organization.

Certification™ is a significant achievement, as it relies on validated employee feedback gathered by Great Place to Work®—the global authority on workplace culture—to confirm that at least 65% of employees have a consistently positive experience.

In fact, we are especially proud to share that this applies to a whopping 92% of our employees!

Since our inception in 2007, Time etc has remained steadfast in our commitment to creating a culture that champions our team members. We have always believed that real responsibility, professional growth, and working with like-minded people should not be perks, but inherent pillars of the workplace.

Although, we’d be lying if we said we weren’t proud of the perks we do offer. We have a wide range of company benefits that we regularly review to make sure our team members feel valued and to optimize their working experience.

For example, we equip everyone with all the tools and supplies they need to do their best work during their hybrid schedule. And for those days working in our office headquarters, staff can help themselves to free drinks and snacks, as well as healthy lunch options twice a week.

But a free lunch isn’t the only thing that makes Time etc a great place to work. One of the most transformative decisions that we’ve made was replacing our managers with coaches.

That’s not to say we ditched management completely. Rather, we asked our team members what they really needed from a manager, and the responses were unanimous. Since then, we’ve committed to providing personalized mentoring and easily accessible feedback and support to help them excel.

Our founder and CEO, Barnaby Lashbrooke, told Fortune that “Our coaches have one, very clear, job to do: to help our employees be as productive as possible and, in doing so, achieve more.” The coaches play a crucial role in the team members’ professional growth by devising a personal growth plan for each member, which they review regularly.

By focusing on our employees' needs, we have managed to increase productivity by 20% and consistently rank in the top 2% of teams worldwide in Gallup's annual employee engagement survey.

Moreover, we firmly believe that investing in our team’s happiness and engagement directly impacts our business success. This belief is echoed by our recent accolades, as Time etc has ranked 19th in the Elite Business Top 100 Businesses awards in 2023. Additionally, we have been recognized as one of the top outsourcing companies globally.

Achieving the Great Place to Work® Certification™ signifies not just our commitment to our team but also our commitment to excellence. We are proud of the work environment we have nurtured and look forward to continuing this journey of growth, development, and success. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our entire team, whose dedication, resilience, and enthusiasm have been instrumental in making Time etc a truly great workplace.

As we look to the future, we are excited about the opportunities ahead. At Time etc, we will continue to invest in our in-house team, making every effort to ensure they feel appreciated, valued, and, most importantly, successful within the company. We have always known that Time etc is a great place to work, and now we are proud that the world knows it too!
